Regional Property Manager

This position offers a unique opportunity to work alongside and learn directly from highly experienced professionals who have served in their roles for over 20 years and are preparing for retirement. The successful candidate will receive hands-on, in-depth training over a defined transition period, ensuring a smooth handover of responsibilities. Upon completion of training, you will assume the full scope of the role, continuing the legacy of excellence and leadership established by our retiring team members. The Regional Property Manager will lead the management and compliance operations of multiple affordable housing properties in Northern Wyoming. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC), HUD, and HOME programs, paired with excellent communication and computer skills. This position requires both strategic oversight and hands-on problem-solving to ensure property performance and regulatory excellence.
